DeFi Platform Flying Tulip Launches Withdrawal Circuit Breaker to Address Abnormal Fund Outflows

Odaily Planet Daily News: The DeFi platform Flying Tulip, founded by Andre Cronje (AC), has officially launched a withdrawal circuit breaker mechanism. This feature can delay, queue, or revert withdrawals during abnormal fund outflows, buying time for the team to investigate and limiting potential losses. The mechanism is implemented on a per-product basis: Perpetual PUT may directly revert withdrawals, requiring retries; while ftUSD enters a queued processing delay. The platform adopts a fail-open design, ensuring transactions can still execute normally even when security mechanisms fail. (Cointelegraph)
