Odaily News: Bitcoin mining hosting and cloud services company Applied Digital has completed a $2.15 billion bond financing to fund the construction of its AI data center campus, Polaris Forge 2, located in Harwood, North Dakota, USA. The facility has been leased to Oracle. Applied Digital previously stated that this data center project is expected to generate approximately $5 billion in revenue over a contract period of about 15 years. (Bloomberg)
