IoTex Compensation Plan: Portal for Claiming Compensation to be Announced on February 27th, Users with Losses Not Exceeding $10,000 Eligible for Immediate Full Reimbursement

Odaily News IoTeX has announced a comprehensive recovery and compensation plan, pledging to provide 100% full compensation to all affected legitimate users. Eligible for compensation are compliant wallet addresses that held bridged assets from Ethereum (USDC, USDT, ETH, WBTC) on the IoTeX chain during the period of the hacking incident. Users with total affected assets not exceeding $10,000 will receive immediate full reimbursement, covering over 90% of affected users. Users with total affected assets exceeding $10,000 will receive full compensation in stages and are additionally eligible for a 10% reward (distributed in the form of IOTX staked for 12 months). The claims portal and fund recovery deposit address will be announced through official channels on Friday, February 27th.
