Odaily reports that Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company Bitfarms has announced plans to relocate its corporate headquarters registration from Canada to the United States and will also rebrand to Keel Infrastructure. These changes are subject to approval from shareholders, stock exchanges, and the courts. It is reported that Keel Infrastructure will be a corporation established under the laws of Delaware. Upon completion of the registration relocation, its common shares will continue to be traded on Nasdaq and the Toronto Stock Exchange following an update. (Globenewswire)
