Hong Kong SFC adds "ADG platform/Graide" to suspicious virtual asset trading platform alert list

Odaily reported that the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has officially announced the addition of "ADG platform/Graide Technology Limited" to its alert list for suspicious virtual asset trading platforms. The SFC stated that the entity claims to operate a platform on a certain related website, offering trading services for tokenized physical assets and stablecoins that appear to constitute "securities," and is suspected of engaging in unlicensed activities.
