Survey: 80% of US CEOs Say Trump Pressuring Powell to Cut Rates Is Not in America's Best Interest

Sonnenfeld and his colleagues found that among the 200 CEOs they surveyed, 71% believe the Trump administration has eroded the Fed's independence, and 80% say Trump pressuring Powell to cut interest rates is not in America's best interest.
