However, in February of this year, she published "Crypto 2.0: Regulatory Whip," arguing that the enforcement action against Coinbase damaged regulatory credibility, leading people to mistakenly believe that enforcement resources are deployed based on election cycles or in ways that favor the wealthy, which drew criticism.
