Ethereum daily transaction volume reached 1.87 million on December 31, setting a new historical high

Odaily reported that the 7-day moving average of Ethereum network's daily transaction volume reached 1.87 million on December 31, breaking the record of 1.61 million set on May 10, 2021. On the same day, the number of active Ethereum addresses reached 728,900, the highest level since May 2021; the number of new addresses reached 270,000, marking the largest single-day increase since early 2018. The current price of ETH is $3,044, up 2.17% in 24 hours.
