Los Angeles crypto entrepreneur Adam Iza’s ex-girlfriend pleads guilty to $2.6 million tax fraud

Odaily News Iris Ramaya Au, the ex-girlfriend of Los Angeles crypto entrepreneur Adam Iza (nicknamed The Godfather), has agreed to plead guilty to assisting Iza in money laundering and concealing more than $2.6 million in illegal income without reporting taxes. She faces up to three years in prison. From 2020 to 2023, Au transferred funds through shell companies to support the couples luxurious lifestyle, including luxury cars and $16 million in crypto assets. Iza defrauded Meta of $37 million through his platform Zort, and was suspected of impersonating the FBI to rob crypto assets at gunpoint in 2018.
