Gemini appoints former Grab executive Saad Ahmed as head of Asia Pacific

According to official news from Odaily, Gemini announced the appointment of Saad Ahmed as head of Gemini Asia Pacific (APAC) to lead Geminis strategy and business development efforts in the region. Saad joins Gemini from executive leadership roles at Grab, a multi-purpose online services platform in Southeast Asia, where he served as regional commercial director and managing director of Merchants. Prior to joining Grab, Saad was a founding team member of Uber India and was responsible for the companys business development in Southeast Asia. As head of Asia Pacific, Saad will continue to expand Geminis presence in the region, working to expand its user base and introduce the companys product and service suite to organizations of all sizes. He will also be responsible for profitability and growth in the region.
