Algebra DEX Engine: The core protocol/smart contract is not affected, and the related DEX and its transactions are safe

Odaily News In response to the Gamma attack, Algebra DEX Engine issued a document on the X platform stating that the Algebra core protocol/smart contract is not affected, ensuring the security of all DEX running on the Algebra DEX Engine code base. Transactions on major DEXs based on Algebra are safe. The vulnerability appears to be targeting the ALM (Gamma Strategies) Stable Vault it works with, and has been promptly disabled. Algebra is working closely with major DEX partners to identify potential improvements to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. In addition, Algebra is taking the necessary steps with security experts to study the causes and develop prevention strategies. According to previous news, Algebra DEX Engine stated that the attack disclosed earlier today has nothing to do with Algebra’s code and that it is ensuring that it is completely safe to continue using its partners.
