The Aptos Bridge jointly launched by LayerZero and Liquidswap DEX is more like a cross-chain bridge customized for Aptos at this stage, rather than integrated in Layerzero's native cross-chain bridge Stargate protocol. Compared with other cross-chain bridges, LayerZero is characterized by direct transactions of native assets on different chains, but currently Aptos Bridge does not support Aptos ecological native assets including APT. Unlike LayerZero, because Aptos is integrated within the protocol, like other network cross-chains, the destination network account needs to have a Gas fee. Prepare enough APT in the Petra wallet as the gas fee, otherwise the transfer cannot be successful.
