The report states that Alibaba's plan is similar to the model adopted by Moonshot AI for Kimi K3. The Kimi K3 licensing agreement stipulates that if users provide the model as a service and generate annual revenue exceeding $20 million, they must enter into a commercial cooperation agreement with Moonshot AI, with the revenue-sharing ratio potentially reaching up to 30%.
