AI is undergoing a fundamental evolution: from "models" to "systems," from tools to intelligent agents with autonomous decision-making capabilities.
The Scaling Summit Hong Kong 2026 focuses on this critical shift, bringing together academia, industry, and capital to discuss the cutting-edge developments in AI Agents and Autonomous Systems. It will specifically explore the application and evolutionary path of system-level AI in software engineering, scientific research, healthcare, and complex systems.
The event is co-hosted by City University of Hong Kong with support from its key research institutes, including the Digital Medicine Institute and the AI for Science Institute, and connects with a global network of universities and research institutions.
We are building a platform for genuine dialogue among academia, industry, and capital.
