Odaily News: The Pando Rings attacker has become active again after two months of silence, exchanging 3 million DAI for 1,570 ETH (worth approximately $3 million) via the CoW Protocol, and subsequently sending 800 ETH (worth approximately $1.52 million) to Tornado Cash across 8 transactions. Pando Rings lost approximately $20 million in November 2022 due to an oracle manipulation attack.
