Odaily Planet Daily News Bitwise Asset Management announced a partnership with Superstate to develop tokenized holdings for some of its funds. Superstate is dedicated to collaborating with issuers and asset management companies to bring securities on-chain. Under the framework currently being developed by both parties, tokenization only changes the way share ownership is recorded. Investors can still purchase the same shares of the relevant funds through existing channels and enjoy the same rights. Shareholders may choose to hold shares in either the traditional book-entry method or the tokenized method, with the latter recorded on the blockchain and maintained through Superstate's transfer agent infrastructure.
