Malaysia's Johor State Revokes Network School License, Ceasing Operations from July 22
Odaily Planet Daily report: The Johor state government of Malaysia has officially revoked the business license of Network School, a digital nomad community founded by former Coinbase CTO and investor Balaji Srinivasan, requiring the institution to cease all business operations in Forest City starting July 22.
Earlier, the project was reported on social media platforms for allegedly assisting Israeli citizens in entering Malaysia, which led to a special investigation. Immigration authorities verified that the relevant individuals all held valid travel documents. The state government stated that the decision to revoke the license was based on multi-source evidence, including on-site inspection reports, law enforcement records, and corporate submissions.
