Odaily Odaily reports that according to Hinkal's monitoring, the project will fully refund funds to users who have completed the recovery process this week, with completion expected before July 22nd; users who have not yet completed the recovery can still submit applications. Previously, Hinkal suffered an attack resulting in a loss of approximately 797,000 USDC, which the attacker exchanged for about 454 ETH.
