Strategy CEO: Plans to resume Bitcoin accumulation and continue increasing dollar reserves

Strategy will continue to increase dollar reserves as this has an accretive effect on its per-share Bitcoin holdings. Phong Le also stated that maintaining 2 to 3 years of dividends in dollar reserves is an important part of its capital plan, enabling the issuance of more preferred shares in the future.
