Odaily Planet Daily News Bank of America released a report stating that due to technology upgrades leading to the closure of older fabs, South Korea’s average annual wafer capacity growth will be below 10%, far short of the official target of doubling capacity by 2030. SK Hynix’s new memory capacity by 2028 may only be one-sixth of the original plan.
