UK FCA Initiates Regulation of Critical Third Parties, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, and Oracle First to Be Included

Odaily Planet Daily News The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced that the Bank of England, the Prudential Regulation Authority, and the Financial Conduct Authority will commence regulation of the first batch of critical third-party institutions starting July 13.
