Circle: USDC Becomes the First Stablecoin Supported by BNY Digital Asset Custody Platform

Odaily Planet Daily reported that Circle announced on platform X that USDC issued by Circle will become the first stablecoin supported by the digital asset custody platform of financial services company BNY. The two parties are deepening their collaboration on institutional-grade stablecoin services. BNY clients can now hold USDC in their digital asset custody wallets and use BNY to instruct Circle to mint USDC from US dollars or redeem USDC for US dollars, covering the complete lifecycle of institutional stablecoin operations.
