Odaily reported that Michael Saylor posted on platform X, stating that Strategy ($MSTR) will maintain discipline when using stock issuance for financing, especially when the stock price is near or at 1x Market Net Asset Value (mNAV). He emphasized that Strategy will not overly rely on equity financing when valuations are weak or close to net asset value, in order to avoid unnecessary dilution to its shareholder structure and maintain the soundness of its long-term capital operations.
