Odaily reported that the Iranian military has announced that all vessels passing through the Strait of Hormuz are only permitted to navigate via the southern route of Larak Island. Previously, on the 28th, Iranian authorities stated that vessels transiting the Strait of Hormuz still need to coordinate with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. The safest route for vessels entering the Persian Gulf is south of Hormuz Island, while those leaving the Persian Gulf should take the southern route of Larak Island. (CCTV)
