Odaily Planet Daily News: The South Korean government has announced the formation of a cross-agency consultative body to address criminal activities exploiting artificial intelligence (AI) technology, including "digital sex crimes," financial fraud, and false advertising. This new organization, named the "Cross-Agency Consultative Body on AI-Related Crimes," will comprise members from 10 government departments, including the Korea Communications Commission, the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, the Financial Services Commission, and the National Police Agency.
