Odaily Planet Daily reports that the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has listed the Aurum/Aurum Foundation as a suspicious virtual asset trading platform. The SFC stated that the company claims to be registered in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance and offers virtual asset, futures contract, and derivatives trading services on its website. However, the company is not licensed by the SFC and is suspected of engaging in unlicensed activities.
