Odaily Planet Daily News: Bitcoin mining company Hut8Corp has agreed to pay $2.35 million to settle an investor lawsuit. The lawsuit alleged that Hut8Corp misled shareholders regarding operational issues at a Texas mining joint venture it acquired through a merger with U.S. Bitcoin Corp in 2023.
