On the same day, the Governor of the Central Bank of Iran, Abdolnaser Hemmati, said that this round of talks in Switzerland was "tight and difficult," but the final outcome "basically advanced according to the targets set by the Iranian delegation." Hemmati added that it is gratifying to see significant progress on the issue of Iran's frozen assets.
