NewGen Invests $10 Million in K25.ai for Pre-A Round, Holding 10% Stake

Odaily Planet Daily News: According to official sources, Nasdaq-listed company NewGenIVF Group (NIVF) has announced an additional investment of $4 million in prediction market platform K25.ai, completing its $10 million Pre-A funding round. Upon completion of the financing, K25.ai's valuation reaches $100 million, and NewGenIVF Group's stake is expected to reach 10%.

In addition to the equity investment, NewGenIVF Group has also secured exclusive distribution rights for K25.ai in the Asia-Pacific region. K25.ai is an AI-native livestreaming and prediction market platform targeting the Asia-Pacific market. The product has not yet been officially launched and is currently applying for relevant regulatory approvals in some markets.
