Odaily Planet Daily News According to a regulatory filing and sources, the total underwriting fees for SpaceX's initial public offering are approximately $500 million, accounting for roughly 0.7% of its $75 billion fundraising target. Leading banks Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley will take the largest share, together receiving 40% of the fees, which equates to about $100 million each. Bank of America, Citigroup, and JPMorgan are each expected to receive approximately $75 million, while several other banks are projected to receive around $10 million or less each. (Jin Shi)
