The Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) Reporting Center has launched a "Special Reporting Zone for AI Application Chaos"

Odaily reports that according to the CAC, to support the "Qinglang·Rectifying AI Application Chaos" special campaign, further standardize AI services and applications, promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry, and effectively protect citizens' legitimate rights and interests, the CAC Reporting Center has launched a "Special Reporting Zone for AI Application Chaos" starting from June 2026, dedicated to handling public reports. The scope of acceptance mainly includes 14 categories of issues, such as insufficient implementation of content labeling for generated/synthetic content, and the creation and dissemination of false, misleading, violent, and vulgar information.
