Delaware advances statewide crypto ATM ban, existing machines may need removal within 90 days

Odaily Planet Daily reports that Bitcoin News posted on X platform, stating that the Delaware House Economic Development Committee has advanced House Bill 441, which would ban all crypto ATMs across the state. If the bill passes the state Senate and is signed into law, existing machines must be removed within 90 days. Lawmakers stated that fraud related to crypto ATMs is on the rise. Indiana, Tennessee, and Minnesota have also previously advanced similar restrictions or bans.
