The Iranian Foreign Ministry pointed out that the U.S.'s repeated breaches of the ceasefire once again prove that it has no intention of de-escalating the situation or returning to a stable trajectory. Instead, through its reckless actions, it is posing a serious risk to regional security. The U.S. government shall bear full responsibility for all consequences arising from this and any potential escalation of the situation. The Iranian Foreign Ministry emphasized that Iran has the inherent right to self-defense and will utilize all its capabilities and resources to defend national sovereignty, security, and national interests.
