香港證監會與金管局就修訂《結算規則》下的場外衍生工具交易規定發表聯合諮詢總結

Odaily Planet Daily News The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) have published a joint consultation conclusion regarding amendments to the over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives trading requirements under the Clearing Rules. Given widespread market support, the SFC and HKMA will proceed with the legislative process to introduce the proposed amendments into the Clearing Rules, with the target implementation date set for March 1, 2027 (which is the start date of the proposed new set of calculation periods).
