Korean stock market opens with sharp decline

Odaily Planet Daily News According to Gate data, the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) opened down 372.6 points, or 4.31%, at 8266.81 on Friday, June 5. Samsung fell 5%, and SK Hynix fell 7%. The Nikkei 225 index opened down 486.82 points, or 0.72%, at 66983.87 on Friday, June 5.
