Odaily Planet Daily News Global payment networks Stripe, Visa, and Mastercard are nearing the launch of a new stablecoin platform.
According to sources familiar with the matter, U.S. cryptocurrency exchange Binance is also exploring the possibility of participating in this stablecoin platform. Currently, Coinbase, Stripe, and Visa have all declined to comment, while Mastercard did not respond to requests for comment before publication. Additionally, the revenue-sharing agreement between Coinbase and Circle Internet is set to expire and renew this August, with USDC's current market capitalization reaching $76 billion. (CoinDesk)
