Amber International Announces First Quarter Results; Launches "A-Suite" Agent-Native AI Institutional Automation Platform
Odaily reported that Amber International Holding Limited (NASDAQ: AMBR), a Nasdaq-listed company, today announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of 2026, and officially launched the A-MM (Agentic Market Making) agent-based market-making infrastructure platform. As the first flagship component of the A-Suite agent-native operating system, this move further drives the company's upgrade from a crypto financial distribution platform to a next-generation operating infrastructure provider for the AI Agent economy.
Amber stated that A-MM is specifically designed for token projects, integrating agent-orchestrated workflows, liquidity operations, execution infrastructure, and real-time risk transparency capabilities, aiming to enhance market-making efficiency, transparency, and scalability. The company expects A-MM to begin contributing revenue from the second quarter of 2026, becoming one of the new growth engines for the future.
Despite the persistently weak crypto market environment in the first quarter, Amber Premium's core institutional and high-net-worth client base demonstrated strong resilience. The company's gross margin for the first quarter reached 67.7%, client assets on the platform remained around $1 billion, and average assets per active client were stably maintained at approximately $1.2 million.
Michael Wu, Executive Director and CEO of Amber International, stated: "The launch of A-MM represents Amber's transition from the distribution layer to the agent-native operational infrastructure layer. We believe that crypto finance will become an important financial infrastructure for the AI Agent economy, and Amber is building the operating system to support this new economic system."
The company also formally proposed the "Crypto for AI (C4AI)" vision and plans to host the inaugural C4AI Investor Day in October 2026, comprehensively showcasing the Amber Agents architecture, the A-Suite development roadmap, and the core operational capabilities of agent-native financial services.
