UK Reform Party Leader Faces Ethics Review Over $6.7 Million Donation from Tether Investor
Odaily Planet Daily News The UK Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards is investigating British MP and Reform UK leader Nigel Farage for allegedly failing to declare a personal donation of £5 million (approximately $6.7 million) from Tether investor Christopher Harborne.
Christopher Harborne holds a 12% stake in Tether. Nigel Farage stated that the donation was received in 2024 before he announced his candidacy and was used for personal security, so he was not obligated to declare it.
