Iranian official: The US military cannot open the Strait of Hormuz even with all its military means

According to Odaily, on May 6 local time, Hazhrian, a member of the Iranian Islamic Parliament's National Security Committee, stated in an interview that on the previous night, the US military attempted to launch a large-scale military operation in the Strait of Hormuz, but due to Iran's stronger countermeasures, the US was forced to announce a halt to the operation. Hazhrian also stated that this proves that even if the US Central Command uses all its military means, they cannot open the Strait of Hormuz.
