Iran reiterates its dominance over the Strait of Hormuz

According to Odaily, citing the Iranian Students News Agency on May 4, in response to US President Trump's plan to "guide" stranded ships out of the Strait of Hormuz, Ebrahim Rezaei, spokesperson for the Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, stated that if the Strait of Hormuz is to be reopened, the options are either to accept defeat, reach an agreement, and recognize Iran's dominance over the strait; or to return to the battlefield and face further consequences.
