Bright Smart stated that post-acquisition, it will accelerate its digital transformation and upgrade efforts. It will also ensure stable operations and strictly adhere to regulatory requirements in both Mainland China and Hong Kong. Bright Smart also addressed market rumors, clarifying: "The company primarily serves local Hong Kong clients and will not expand brokerage services to clients with Mainland identities.
