The first batch of commemorative passports is planned to have 25,000 to 30,000 copies, set for issuance around July 4th. The limited edition passport is only available to individual applicants who apply in person at the Washington Passport Agency, while supplies last. Those who apply online or through other regional agencies will still receive the standard version of the passport.
