Iranian Official: Countries Causing Damage to Iran Must Pay Compensation

Odaily reports that Ebrahim Azizi, Chairman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran, stated that a plan is being drafted to stipulate that governments which have caused damage to Iran, frozen Iranian assets, or taken actions against Iran over the past few years must pay compensation. According to him, the plan is currently a draft and will be submitted to a full session of the parliament for deliberation to become law. (Iran International)
