Iran has proposed a three-stage negotiation plan

Odaily Planet Daily News: According to sources from the Iranian side, Iran has conveyed a three-stage negotiation proposal to the US through intermediaries. The first stage of negotiations focuses on completely ending the war and obtaining guarantees to prevent the re-ignition of conflicts against Iran and Lebanon. If an agreement is reached in the first stage, all parties will move to the second stage, which will specifically study how to manage the Strait of Hormuz. The third stage is related to discussions on the nuclear issue, but Iran will never participate in nuclear negotiations until agreements are reached in the first two stages. (CCTV)
