Odaily reported that, according to Iran International TV, Kalibaf, the head of the Iranian delegation in negotiations with U.S. representatives in Islamabad, has resigned and withdrawn from the negotiation delegation. Both WTI and Brent crude oil briefly rose by nearly $1, now trading at $98.4/barrel and $100.07/barrel, respectively. (Jin Shi)
