Odaily News: Nasdaq-listed digital asset financial services company Diginex announced that it has signed a definitive stock purchase agreement to acquire artificial intelligence company Resulticks Global Companies Pte Limited in an all-stock transaction valued at $1.5 billion. According to disclosures, Resulticks is a provider of real-time AI customer intelligence solutions, with approximately $150 million in revenue for 2025. Diginex aims to leverage its AI data capabilities to expand into the fields of customer intelligence and enterprise-grade Agent solutions.
