Odaily News: Nasdaq-listed Solana treasury company Artelo Biosciences announced the sale of a total of 3,188,407 shares of common stock through a private placement at a price of $3.45 per share, raising a total of $11 million. The new funds will be used for general corporate purposes and to repay part of the interim debt. According to the latest data from StrategicSolanaReserve, Artelo currently holds 45,883 SOL.
