CME Group's February Cryptocurrency Contracts See 45% Average Daily Trading Growth, Notional Value Reaches $9.3 Billion

Odaily News Derivatives market CME Group announced that the average daily trading volume of cryptocurrency contracts in February reached 322,000 contracts, with a notional value of $9.3 billion, representing a 45% increase. Among them, the average daily contract volume for Micro Ethereum futures grew by 22% to 115,000 contracts; the average daily contract trading volume for Micro Bitcoin futures increased by 31% to 100,000 contracts; and the average daily contract volume for Ethereum futures rose by 65% to 24,000 contracts.
