3. Complete lifting of the maritime blockade against Iran within 30 days.

4. The US commits to withdrawing its forces from around Iran.

5. Under arrangements made by Iran, the Strait of Hormuz will be reopened within 30 days.

6. Suspension of sanctions on the sale of Iranian oil, petrochemical products, and their derivatives, and allowing Iran full use of its financial resources.

7. The US and its allies are required to provide Iran with a reconstruction plan of at least $300 billion.

8. Reach a final agreement on the nuclear issue within 60 days, and completely lift all primary and secondary US sanctions against Iran, as well as resolutions of the UN Security Council and the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency.

9. Reaffirmation of Iran's commitment, under the Non-Proliferation Treaty, not to develop nuclear weapons.

10. During the negotiations, the US commits not to send additional troops to the region and not to impose new sanctions.

11. Release of $24 billion in frozen funds during the 60-day final negotiation period. Half of this amount must be provided to Iran before the start of negotiations.

12. Establishment of a monitoring mechanism to implement the agreement.

13. The final agreement will be ratified by a UN Security Council resolution.

14. Final negotiations will begin only after the unfreezing of half of Iran's frozen funds, the suspension of sanctions on Iranian oil, and the lifting of the maritime blockade. The final agreement will exclusively cover the future of enriched uranium material and the enrichment process, the lifting of sanctions, and Iran's economic reconstruction plan.
