Tinfun is founded by the well-known domestic KOL LaserCat (commonly known as:laser cat) project initiated. It is a PFP project with the theme of Chinese traditional culture, with a total supply of 10,000 pieces.

According to LaserCat’s self-report, Tianfang has been planning for a long time. The project started at the end of 2022. The first tweet was released on March 15, 2023 and was officially exposed. It was not released until January 7, 2024. Tianfang will not open the map immediately after the sale is completed, but it also hopes to complete the map opening before the New Year, allowing holders to change to Tianfangs NFT avatar when the new year comes. At the same time, LaserCat stated that Tianfang does not have strong empowerment or any commitment. It is an art-driven NFT project.

Project sale: increase whitelist quota and reduce public sale

At the end of December 2023, the official determined the sales rules of Tianfang as:

• The total amount for sale: 10,000 pieces; of which the whitelist number is 5,000, and there is no over-issuance and the public sale number is also 5,000;

• Offer price: 0.1 ETH;

• Sale rules: The public sale is a lucky sale and adopts a lottery mechanism;
  

• On sale: January 7, 2024.

Due to the popularity of Momoyu game fragments, the number of whitelists exceeded expectations. In order to fully protect the rights and experience of whitelist holders, Tianfang adjusted the upper limit of the whitelist to 5,800 pieces and reduced the public sale quota to 4,200 pieces. The total amount is still 10,000. open. The unsold quota in the whitelist will be automatically replenished to the public sale portion.

In response to the communitys question Why didnt you choose a full whitelist for sale or directly disclose Gas War?, LaserCat explained on his personal Twitter that if a full whitelist was released, it would be excessive PUA, and there would be a high probability that the Gas War would be booked by scientists, which would be a waste of time. Gas is really unnecessary; although the lottery cannot be absolutely fair, it is a relatively fair choice.

Tianfang was last released on January 7, 2024 at 11am and will last for 24 hours. Users participating in the public sale can deposit a minimum of 0.1 ETH and a maximum of 0.2 ETH into a single wallet for the draw.
